Having used Utility Point last year to do my switch I thought it only fair to give you guys a run down on their  performance over the last 12 months. I took the deal where you pay 6 months at an inflated price followed by 6 months at a reduced price (approx £125 & £64 respectively) by the time we reached September we were £135 in CREDIT...happy days...however it would seem that in the final 4 months not only had we miraculously used up what was technically an entire months worth of credit but we had actually gone over and ended up owing THEM by the end of the contract ! YET ANOTHER ENERGY COMPANY SUCKING DRY ITS CUSTOMERS....my advice is to give them a VERY wide berth and go elsewhere....they now also taken out ANOTHER payment in February (a full month after we had switched) and when I asked for my money to be refunded they told me it will take 28 days !!!!! Quick to take....slow to return 
I’d mark these highwaymen 1/10 and never give them the time of day again...I’ll sit tight for my refund until then !

What was your actual consumption for the year?
It would be unusual for energy consumption not to increase over winter.
