I've received email from yodel yesterday saying they got my talk talk order and it will be with me in the next few days. Then few hours later email came saying it was delivered at 1pm. I was out all day and no card was left. Contacted talk talk to check if it was a new router as I recently moved to fast fibre but they said nothing was ordered for me. I then reconnected yodel who said the parcel was from Ingram micro services Ltd and it was left with my next door neighbour I don't know these people as they have just moved and are the tenants. I told yodel what right did the driver had to leave it to anyone without even putting a card in my box. I am worried as I did not order anything from Ingram micro services and the parcel with the people I don't know. I need some advice please.

So. Let me see if I'm right. TT said nothing was ordered from them. Then you contacted Yodel who said that the parcel was from somebody you had never heard of and never ordered from and now you want it!

I said I don't want it as I don't expect anything but yodel's driver confirmed he left it with my neighbour.

Why do you not ask your neighbour?

Have you considered that you received the email in error and it's somebody else's order that has been delivered to their neighbour?

Do this OP, it doesn't need a thread.

But in order to track the delivery I had to put my postcode. Whatever was left with my neighbour if it was has to be re-sent back.

Are there any charges to your bank account, credit card or PayPal account that you don't recognise? If not then I would quit worrying.

No charges anywhere. Just been to my neighbour and got the parcel. It has talktalk returns label in the back. It's after them saying they did not order me anything!
