It’s 2020 and another leap year is upon us, which means that this Saturday 29th February, we will all be gaining an extra day to do anything we want! Disney and Pixar’s new film Onward follows the journey of two teenage elf brothers, who embark on a magical quest to retrieve a spell that will gift them one additional day with their father. So to celebrate this, our extra day this Saturday is named Onward Day!

From the creators of Toy Story 4 and Coco, Onward is set in a suburban fantasy world and tells the tale of Ian and Barley Lightfoot (voiced by Tom Holland and Chris Pratt). They set off on a journey to discover if there is still a little magic left out there. Equipped only with a magical staff and their trusted van called Guinevere, Ian and Barley run into a number of obstacles on their mission to see their father one more time.

TWO (2) winners will receive the following prize package (the “Prize”):

 

Each prize package is for 2 adults and 2 under 16’s and includes:

• Return train travel from UK mainland stations to London
• Return private station transfers in London
• 1 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation (4* min) in London, based on sharing a family room with breakfast
• 4 x Skip-the-line tickets to the Tower of London including:
• Entry to The Crown Jewels
• All public areas of the Tower of London including the White Tower, Bloody Tower and battlements
• The iconic Yeoman Warder tours
• Children’s activities and trails
• 2-hour London Underground treasure hunt, including 4 x 1-day Zones 1 – 4 Travelcards
• Family lunch at a top family-friendly restaurant in London (to the value of £80)

 

The Prize is provided by Element London Ltd (the “Prize Provider”). We are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery or a prize winner being unable to take up any aspect, or the entirety of the prize due to their own circumstances or restrictions.

 

PRIZE TERMS:

• Standard class train travel available from mainland UK rail stations only.
• Hotel selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion.
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
• At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time.
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
• Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted.
• Prize cannot be taken over UK Bank Holidays, Easter weekend or from 19th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021.
• A cheque or bank transfer will be arranged in the prize winner’s name for the spending money.
• The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and railway station, additional meals and drinks, additional excursions and attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
• Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
• The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value.
• Parents/guardians will need to provide a signed consent form in advance for any child under the age of 16 participating in the treasure hunt; treasure hunt takes place on set weekend dates.
• Lunch provided to the value of £80 to cover food, drinks and any service charg.
• Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible here.
• Travel insurance is not included as part of the Prize and is the responsibility of the prize winner and any of their guests to secure and to pay for.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that you (and any of your guests) are fit, well and able to travel. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from a prize winner and re-award the prize to another entrant where health reasons or concerns prevent a prize winner (or any of their guests) from taking up the Prize.

The prize winner(s) will be those persons who provide the best answer to the question “What will you be doing with your extra day”. The two best entries will be contacted by phone on Friday 28th February between the hours of 11:00 and 17:00, and will be invited to come on air during the Weekend Breakfast Show on Magic Radio with Tom Price on Saturday 29th February and Sunday 1st March (one winner per day) to explain their story.

 

All entries will be judged by the following criteria:

• How interesting and/or unique the plan to spend their ‘extra day’ is.
• How family-orientated the story/plan is.
