Floor plan for EPC

I need an EPC completing but am being asked to provide the assessor with a floor plan with elevations. Is this necessary for me to provide?

The assessor usually does that when they come out.It sounds like you're trying to get someone to do a desktop one?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Our EPC assessor did the floor plans as part of it. Why is your estate agent not dealing with this for you?0

Only if it's a new build and it's the first EPC.
For any other situation, get a different assessor.0
