Hi,
I get a medical every year to determine if I can drive and what restrictions- 1 year has always been the case. I have never been asked to pay for this-Dr medical and his report to the DVLA.
Not that I am moaning of not paying-just wondered if there something that says we(disabled) can't pay? Equality legislation?

DVLA pay for it. It's in their rules. They pay for the forms I need filling by my GP and paid for a specialist eye test.1

Yeah just wondering if it's just their decision as must cost a LOT or they are told by the law. Reason I ask is DVLA don't yet another government licence I require for work they make me pay for medicals.0
