All mail sent to the head office at Sentinal House is redirected to their main branch in Darlington at Tubwell Row who deal with all the applications.  So use the Sentinal House address

Skipton are having "system issues" this morning, according to their customer service chat facility. I tried to add £250 to my online regular saver (by debit card payment) but the website wouldn't let me. I guess I'll just try again later today.

Looks like my Faster Payment didn't reach the account today either.

Thank you for posting this. I've tried several times this morning to pay into my online regular saver and the website wouldn't let me. I was just about to ring Skipton, but you've saved me the trouble.

I just tried again and successfully paid £250 into my regular saver account. So hopefully they've sorted their issues out now.

I made several successful debit card deposits into various Skipton accounts this morning. My regular SO for today, however, is not showing, even though it has left my current account.

Just checked, and my regular SO for today is showing on my Skipton account online.
