15 year old debt and credit file

Hello,
I have a few debts outstanding from around 15 years ago. These aren’t on my credit report but I pay a nominal amount every month. They have recently written with a reduced settlement figure. If I settle them will my credit file be updated to show this or will it still remain hidden?
