Asos parcel stolen

I received a parcel which contained something I hadn’t ordered. No delivery note. Item must have been switched by packers or delivery company. I am being made out to be liar and have been blocked by Asos so they are not even willing to discuss with me or look into the matter. What can I do as I can’t afford to pay for something which I haven’t received? I have photo from myhermes which shows parcel in my letterbox, you can see it is not big enough for what I ordered. Please any advice or help greatly received.
