ICICI 95 day notice savings dropping rate from 1.6% to 1.4% from mid-June

This has been updated on the ICICI website, and also seems to imply that the new 1.4% applies for all new accounts opened.
However, doesn't seem to be reflecting on the Raisin link yet, not sure if they've got an extension on the 1.6% rate.
If the Raisin link still honours the 1.6% rate, this could act as a ~3-month bond, through investment and immediate withdrawal notice.
