Unexpected payment

Hi im currently receiving universal credit and had my payment (monthly) of 190 pound on the 3 feb I checked my bank yesterday and a payment of 61pound was put in the bank told me it was a dwp (iscs payment)can anyone tell me what this means I was on esa from 2007 to August 2018 was told I was fit and put onto u.c

I think it stands for Income Support Computer System. However I think the only way to find out what it is for is to ring DWP.
Is £190 what you expect your UC payment to be?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.1 -

I'm assuming you are receiving some deductions each month because that amount is less standard allowance than anyone should receive.
