Facebook competition

Hello I wondered if anyone could help me, my daughter won a Facebook competition on the 1st of January and the company still haven't honered her prize.
I have been in contact with the company and at first they were great but said they where sorting the paid orders first, but that was nearly two months ago and I have tried contacting again and there just ingnoring my messages, I've also commented on the Facebook page saying my daughter is really excited and do you know when the prize will be sent out? No reply as yet and there still running competitions I'm really annoyed as promised a prize, is there anything I can legally do?

You can ask the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) to investigate.

It might also be useful posting on their Twitter/Instagram feed to see whether you get a response.
