I know you asked for instant access but if you can fix for 6 months, there is 1.40% at Charter Savings Bank, via HL Active Savings, may be also direct.
There are also a couple of notice accounts via Raisin, plus potentially a bonus payment.

Thanks to all for the help , the decision has been made ,take advantage of the isa ,so i couldto £20k this tax year then 20k in April..meaning most of the premium bond funds will be out.
Ford money seems to meet my criteria 1.27% ,monthly interest, unlimited withdrawals.

If £50k (max PB holding) is the total of your savings, a normal cash ISA only gives you an advantage if you are a higher rate tax payer, or if you expect to add significant amounts to your savings over the next few years. Even a 2% AER account wouldn't bust the BR Personal Savings Allowance of £1,000 per year, and you'd have to hold your money for the full year to get that much interest.

Why do you need monthly interest? Where will you put the interest each month that is better than leaving it in the savings account? If it's moved somewhere better, why not use that for more money and not just the interest?0
