Morning. It’s cold wet and windy out. The boiler did come on this morning so at least it’s warm. My brother is doing better in hospital he looked a lot better when we saw him
I need to do a good tidy and clean here today. I need to pick up a parcel from the post office and I might do a shop if I decide we need it. Will look what we have before I go

Bright sunshine, but windy, the North is due snow over the weekend....brrrrrrr........
Have got sausage out for supper and the gammon joint for tomorrow, I will cook it in the morning and let it go cold, its easier to slice then.
Now the dreaded duvet cover is done I can concentrate on getting the bowl/basket done. I also need to download a design for my next project.
OH spoke to the painter next door yesterday, the whole bungalow has been painted, now they are going to remove the fireplace!! What a fiasco, the place will be full of sooty dust!!
Not much else to report.

Afternoon all.Shhh! listen. Ahhhhhhhhhhh ! peace and quiet ! Our DGD has just gone home and we are worn out as she never stops talking or bossing us about
I'm sure she's the original energy bunny. I've been to America and Australia this morning with the babies, done a 3 colour challenge and Mr Fix It has been water colouring, using his art materials and then a blo pens activity. Yesterday, silly me broke my own rule of " no more glitter ", now there is a trail of glitter around the house and it won't come up with the hoover either. Oh well it looks lovely and sparkly
The weather was sunny this morning so I opened all the upstairs windows, but it looks decidedly rainy now. It seems we are in for another yellow rain warning for tomorrow. Just what the poor flooded people need........ not.Now I'm having my first "finishable" cup of coffee, I've got my feet up and that's how I'm going to stay for the rest of the day. The sorting out and tidying up will have to wait, TBH there's not much to do and as we had hot chicken wraps with salad for lunch, followed by Mer-Magical ice cream ( a hit with us all ) we only need a snack for tea.Healing wishes winging their way to those who are in need. Gentle hugs too.Anyone seen Mehefin ? If you are reading along I hope you and Mrs M are ok and the gee-gees of course.Take care allnan xx

I am with you on the older I get the more I want to declutter but I let myself be hampered by my DSis who is now living with us - if she sees me getting rid of something she invariably decides she wants it BUT & this is a big but, she wants it left in the same place 😖 drives me mad 😠

Evening all,
Chose the wrong day to take a long drive yesterday........it was wet and windy all afternoon, so no chance of a beach walk......we have been promising ourselves one since we arrived, no luck today either, tomorrow there is rugby at 2 so that banjaxes that, unless I can shift OH early and get the livestock (cats and chicken) sorted .
I love " the urge to purge" idea.....unfortunately I never seem to be able to put the urge into action.
Take care of yourselves everybody

Ive definitely got the "Urge to Purge" only downside is its all stacked in my conservatory waiting to be sold or go to charity shop xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.2
