I'd be paying more into the pension and trying to get rid of the mortgage asap. It doesn't sound like you got into BTL on purpose and given a single month void would wipe out your annual profit it's not exactly low risk.
The rental looks like head clutter but so does the chasing of cash rates and managing multiple regular savings. Why not close some of those accounts and pay off some of the mortgage. I'd start by closing ISA paying 0.55%, funding circle & the premium bonds. The other accounts offer a premium over the mortgage rate but I'm not sure they warrant the attention you're giving them.

Using property as a pension plan seems a popular idea , promoted to some extent by TV programmes like Homes under the Hammer . Also probably because property seems easier to understand than the mysterious world of investing.
However as already mentioned the 'eggs in in one basket ' approach is rarely a sensible one.
