Rules

The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable on Thursday 26 March 2020 (after 1.00pm) and for 2 days after on Friday 27 March 2020 and Saturday 28 March 2020 (between 8.30am to 1.00pm).

Holiday to a Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida
This element of the prize consists of a five-night (5) holiday package for the winner and up to seven (7) companions to a Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida, USA from Friday 3 April 2020 to Wednesday 8 April 2020 (please note that he winner and their companion(s) will land in the UK on Thursday 9 April 2020) (the “Holiday”). The Holiday includes the following for the winner and up to seven (7) companions:

·       Virgin Atlantic return economy flights (the “Flights”) as follows:
o   From London Gatwick Airport via Manchester Airport to Orlando International Airport, Florida (subject to availability and to the Promoter and/or Prize Provider of the Holiday’s discretion, the winner can choose to embark the flight at either London Gatwick Airport or Manchester Airport) on Friday 3 April 2020; and
o   Returning from Orlando International Airport, Florida to London Gatwick Airport or Manchester Airport (subject to availability and to the Promoter and/or Prize Provider of the Holiday’s discretion, the winner can choose to arrive at London Gatwick Airport or Manchester Airport) on Wednesday 8 April 2020. Please note that the winner and their companion(s) will arrive in the UK on Thursday 9 April 2020.

·       Return transfers from Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World® Resort.

·       Five (5) nights hotel accommodation at a Walt Disney World® Resort (selected by the Prize provider of the Holiday in its sole discretion and based on availability) based on eight (8) people sharing two (2) standard quadruple rooms on a room-only basis. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

·       Eight (8) 6-Day “Magic Your Way Tickets” with Park Hopper and Water Parks Fun & More options. These tickets allow access to more than one (1) park in one (1) day and access to the following: the Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park, Disney’s Blizzard Beach water park, Disney Quest indoor interact theme park, Disney Oak Train golf course, ESPN Wide World of Sports complex, and Disney’s Fantasia Gardens or Winter Summerland miniature golf course. Please note that water parks access is subject to rehabilitation, seasonal and weather closures. Green fees are for one (1) round of miniature golf. Tee times are required, are subject to availability and are valid for one (1) round which must start prior to 4.00pm. There is only one (1) miniature golf visit per day. ·       Two (2) Disney giftcards worth USD2,500.00 each to spend at participating locations at the Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort, Disney stores in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico or online at https://www.shopdisney.com/, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Photo Pass, Adventures by Disney®, Aulani a Disney Resort & Spa and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort (the “Giftcards”). Please note that the Giftcards cannot be used toward the purchase of a Disney Vacation Club Membership. The value of any monetary balance of the Giftcards may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. ·       Tickets to attend the taping of the season finale of Saturday Night Takeaway at the Walt Disney World® Resort on Saturday 4 April 2020. The winner and their companions may be required to present ID on arrival to gain access to this element of the prize. Please note, companions under the age of 6 years old may not be admitted to the audience for the full taping and will be given access to a separate viewing area provided they are accompanied by the winner or one of their companions who is their parent or legal guardian.


If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Holiday with fewer than seven (7) companions or no companion, the Holiday will be awarded to the winner and each participating companion and any remainder of the Holiday will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

The winner and their companions may be filmed taking up the Prize (including on the plane and at the Walt Disney World® Resort) and may be featured in the Programme and related promotional activity.

Where the winner is between the age of 18 and 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old in order to check into the hotel. Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must be the child or legal ward of the winner or one of the winner’s companions who is over the age of 18.

The winner and their companions must hold a current passport which is valid for the proposed duration of the winner and their companion(s) trip (between 3 April 2020 and 9 April 2020) and for six (6) months after arrival in the USA, and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. Please note that the winner and their companions must allow 72 hours between the ETSA application and travel therefore the Promoter recommends the winner and their companions to make the ETSA application immediately after winner contact. ETSA application can be done online at the official website: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. Travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must hold a passport with an integrated chip.

It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Holiday and Flights Prize providers.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize providers of the Holiday and Flights of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the USA.  It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over. Please be aware that if the winner and/or their companion(s) have and/or are intending to travel to China prior taking up the Holiday, this may impact the winner and/or their companion(s)’ ability to enter the United States. The prize excludes ground transport between the winner’s (and/or their companions’) home address and the London or Manchester airport, all other transportation (other than as specified above). For the avoidance of doubt, the winner and their companion(s) will have to make their own travel arrangements at their own expense to go to the London or Manchester airport.  The prize also excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, laundry service, hotel room service, car hire, gasoline, air travel taxes and/or expenses, inspection charges, additional baggage fees, security charges, travel insurance, personal expenses, incidentals, visas, vaccinations, hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, tips, gratuities, service charges, car parking charges, taxes and local and long distance telephone calls.

Walt Disney World® Resort standard venue terms and conditions apply to access to the theme parks, waterpark and use of the tickets and passes, and the Prize provider of the Holiday may require the winner and their companions to sign a release. If the winner does not agree to these terms and conditions, they may be refused access to the parks or forfeit the holiday element of the Prize.

The dates of this element of the prize are non-negotiable. The Holiday may not be sold, traded, transferred or rescheduled. All elements of the Holiday are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any form of promotional discount. The tickets may not be reissued or changed once travel has commenced. Open tickets will not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements will be made through the Prize provider of the Holiday and Flights and all elements of the Holiday must be redeemed within the Holiday. The winner and their companions must travel at the same time and on the same itinerary.

The Flights cannot be upgraded, are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be sold, bartered, substituted or redeemed for a cash alternative.
