Best ISA's

Hi, my son is 2 wks off his 18th birthday, shortly after he turns 18 he will receive a large amount of money that has been held for him by the courts since he was 12yrs old, following a civil claim after his dad was killed in a motorcycle accident. We have talked about what would be the best thing for him to do with this money, and decided that after he has had a little for himself, the majority of it should be put away in an ISA etc. Id be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction for what are the best accounts out there for the best interest. The amount he will be wanting to put away will be around £20,000 - £25,000, and preferably somewhere where he can just forget about it for 5yrs or so. Thanks
