Cheapest way to own a caravan- Wales or north west?

Options
HI, we have a tourer at the moment and now are looking into a static for the amount of children we have between us. I had one in the past and bought it from the site itself. I have seen some online for a lot cheaper than then 10k I originally paid. Looking online I can see i could get some for around 3k, obviously I know I need to consider the age. I am just literally looking for the cheapest site I can find, Or other than that its get a seasonal pitch for my tourer. :-) Lookings at Wales, or north west. A hour from Manchester Ideally.

Just make sure the site will allow older caravans to stay, some only allow newer ones.  Plus what are the fees if you decide to sell in a few years time?
