Are there any credit cards that offer both 0% on purchases and no fees/interest on foreign purchases? I have a good credit score so grateful if any one has any info on whether this card actually exists!

Nationwide's Member Credit Card has this for new customers. Though as in the name you have to have another account with them that qualifies you as a member.

"If you use your Member Credit Card for cash withdrawals overseas, you’ll be charged interest at cash rates PLUS a fee of 2.5%, with a minimum charge of £3."

Have you ever looked at credit cards abroad? Apart from living up to the "miserable Brit" stereotype, I have no idea why so many Brits are eager to declare we're the worst in the world at XYZ while having no clue what it's actually like elsewhere.
A small handful of countries have much better cards (the US standing out). Most do not. The fact that we get free current accounts is also rather unusual - you have to pay monthly fees for them in a huge number of countries.2 -

If she runs low on her personal account funds, he is called upon to offer an interest free credit line until her next payday. Mr. Sleazy also provides timely advice on budgeting, but is not currently accepting new clients. Sorry.

Try owning a property in Spain and exposing yourself to the delights of the Spanish banking system and their cards. You will think differently then.
