Real problems regarding nationwide what to do?

Posted about some charges earlier this month that we had £90 which then turned out to be £120 without any notice (as after us twice changing our address with them they said we hadnt so we didnt get notice of charges.)

Anyway we got a letter 14 working days ago saying we would get a £50 refund in 10 days, However my Oh rang them on friday they promised it would be tuesday and that actually we would get £60.

Monday they took a further £30! out and today have added another £20 charge !!!

Nothing has been refunded as promised we have also have another letter stating we will get the £30 back aswell as that again was a mistake onthier part. But my budgeting is down to the nail they have taken food and petrol money we now dont have.

OH rang them yesterday got a girl saying he isnt allowed! to talk to the charges department (he was allowed twice last week and two weeks before this) and that the letters mean nothing it could take 3 1/2 weeks:eek:

Mean while they just keep taking this money and his wages go into that account so how much more is it going to be.

Its really getting me down, money just keeps going out Ive accounted for without warning and no reason for it, there should have been two charges which were the mistake of the DD companies who have said they would refund after we send them statements which we only got today 2 months after all this started.

Really struggling now and all nationwide say is sorry youll have to wait we cannot do anything!

Going to write a letter but what do I say to make them sit up and take notice? so far its £150 but whats it going to be by next month

thanks in advance
