I've been with Good Energy since my array was installed. I've been very happy with their service.0

Just has another email from CoOp saying transfer needs to be completed by 31/3 and new supplier will ask for reading and send it to CoOp for payment. Scotish Power not communication about how my application is progressing.
I hope this does not result in me losing a payment. Surely the CoOp have some obligations as I am still under contract with them?16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. Installed 29/9/2015 - £4700 (Norfolk Solar Together Scheme); 9.6kWh US2000C Pylontech batteries + Solis Inverter installed 12/4/2022 Year target (PVGIS-CMSAF) = 3880kWh - Installer estimate 3452 kWh:Average over 6 years = 4400 :j0 -

Edited to say..have you completed the application with Scottish power? If no luck getting through to them go on there social media. They should get back to you asap.
This quarters payment will be made by Coop/Octopus but Q1 payment will be made by your new provider.1 -

Have completed the application to SP a month ago but no response and can't get hold of their FiT dept. Got in touch with Co-Op and they assure me if I apply to Octopus it will be completed by end of month deadline. Applied yesterday so fingers crossed.16 Panel (250W JASolar) 4kWp, facing 170 degrees, 40 degree slope, Solis Inverter. Hi all, just wondering if anyone who with CoOp for the FIT payments up until 31st March is still waiting for their final payment? Received the final statement but then had two e-mails claiming they were "admin issues" that had held up the payment but it should "hopefully" be processed in the next two weeks.
Thanks for any help.

Got an email back saying payment will be in September. Not a big deal, but slow. Last quarter, I never received an email asking for a reading, they were not helpful. I may change soon. I did consider changing last year, but there is a form to fill in.

See my separate post of 20th June - I haven't even received a statement yet!

The first I knew about Coop withdrawing from FiT was when I received a letter on 24th March saying I had to change provider by 31st March. I transferred it to Octopus who took a while to sort it out but did confirm they would backdate to 1st April, so the final reading should be with Coop.
I emailed the fit@cooperativeenergy.coop to ask for an update. No response, but at least the email didn't bounce back like it did in December. It's not clear to me whether this part of coop energy even exists anymore or whether it is just all being handled by Octopus now...

It is slightly reassuring to know that I am not the only one. When I ring the Co-Op number I get through to Octopus and get many promises made that it is being dealt with but then they all become broken promises. Very frustrating and really unclear who I can complain to.
