I hope someone can help... in September we decided to change from Virgin Media who.were charging 96pcm for their tv and broadband package, to Now TV. We checked on our account online which said we were out of contract. We switched and received a 'sorry you're leaving us' letter but no calls or Bill's etc. Now I have discovered that for the last 4 months, they have been registering defaults on my credit file and I'm not sure what for! How do I challenge this? I am trying to get my credit file in order so I can apply for a mortgage and this is making it impossible! Any advice greatly appreciated.
