CCJ incorrect after 3 years

Hi,
I have a quick question about the validity of a CCJ after 3 years.
2 and a half years ago, I moved out of a property and closed the electricity account by giving a final meter reading and paying the balance in full.
I stupidly neglected to give them a forwarding address.
1 year later, after checking my credit rating, I find I have a CCJ that was not known to me. After investigating, it needed up being for an original amount of 34.17 plus additional charges relating to chasing the debt and court costs.
Today, I got an email with a link to a bill (ending Oct 2017). Logging into my old account, the reviewed bill now shows me as being 34.17 in credit for the period.
If the original amount that resulted in court action was a fault of an incorrect bill, where do I stand with claiming back the extra I paid and the fact it has had a major impact on my credit rating for over 2 years, causing issues with me having to find a guarantor when I've had to rent somewhere to live?
