We returned our lease car approx 2.5 weeks ago and the BCA representative came to pick it up/inspect. We haven't heard anything else yet.
How long does it normally take to hear whether there are further charges?
Thanks

Not that I particularly want to go chasing charges, but I'd like to know if everything is settled etc so that I can relax. May give them a call.

Didn't the BCA rep ask you to sign his paper work after inspection? They normally let you know any damages and if it is chargeable or taken as wear and tear.0

are you not made aware of damages when they collect it, isn't that the point of the inspection?0
