Yes, but I'm hopeful that someone with personal experience of transit through Newark will be able to answer my queries specifically!bradders1983 said:Its effectively the same thread as before

At 16, he's old enough to join the Armed Forces. He's not a child - he'll be fine!0

Aye when I was 16 I was going over to Malaga on my own to my grandparents apartment. Just lobbed out at Liverpool John Lennon, got the plane, and then the train to Benelmadena, I didnt need a military-precision checklist

hi again sfjnet1956
to answer your questions
1- i did vegas with a connections via newark and i dont recall using a machine though it was like 2016 we did this...they are airport workers whom will be there to asssit.but he should be going to imagration at this point.Maybe he could speak to a fellow passanger here?
2.If he goes through imagration i think he would have cleared customs
3-4....IS the next flight not with the same airline.?
5.Now assuming you son is flying BOTH legs with united..he would go to the airport Pensacola to Newark-london and go through security in both stages.
It seems you are a lil worried would it be advisable to contact the airline?Im sure on the other thread it was advicedto book the same airline on the same ticket...e.g london-newark-Pensacola to Newark-london
hope this helps0
