Hi I’m currently about to start year 4 IVA it’s all in my name but they take my partners money into account etc.
I’m hoping to offer a f&f of 6.5k which would be year 4,5 and 6 I assume payments (just shy of anyway) now my question is this money would be coming from my partner who has been saving his share of his money - will they accept that it’s from him or would they expect that if he has this money it should be paid to creditors regardless and not as a f&f?
I’m currently paying £202 pm on a 30isk k debt
thank you in advance for any help and advice

The money coming from your partner wouldn't be an issue at all, he is not expected to pay your debts with his money and can save as much as he wants. An offer of £6.5k would equate to around 32 monthly payments at the current rate, so not too far off the 36 months left.
Good luck, I hope they accept the offer and your IVA can be finished early.
I may be wrong sometimes, I learn a little every time I'm corrected.0
