Utility Infrastructure Providers for Dis/Reconnections Gas Mains

Hello! Dont know if anyone can help but im looking for gas mains for house to be disconnected and reconnected once new property is built. I have tried Cadent but there prices seem steep. Can anyone recommend a alternative company that are GIRS registered in the North London area? Thank you

Its my understanding that if its Cadents asset, then they are the only ones who can work on it. Does it have to be cutoff? Cant the builder just manage around it?

Dont have to use Cadent. GIRS registered companies are allowed to carry out the work aswell. In our case the gas will need to be cut off. There are 156 GIRS registered companies near me so was hoping for recommendation instead of having to email all for a quote
