I can't get the latest App to work. Two different accounts using two different iphones (ios 13.3.1) and the App just crashes immediately after  an apparentlly successful logon to Al Rayans mobile banking portal. The whole set-up procedure then needs to be re-started, but with the same unsuccessful end result (on BOTH phones) each time.

I will not now be topping up my account to £85k which I had planned to do next month. I have brought my account to zero. I have asked them to close the account but apparently they need this in writing which I will not do. So I’ve asked them to ensure I have access after the end of the month so I can withdraw any accrued profit and I’ll leave the account at zero.

I had an issue like that, albeit on Android, which turned out to be the result of me using a custom swipe keyboard. The app would only work if I disabled the keyboard app and reverted to the system default keyboard.

I've also had this issue on Android, despite running Android 8.1.0. And unlike masonic, I'm using the standard keyboard. Tried restarting app, phone, re-installing and re-registering, but it stalls on the verification stage, whichever method I choose. I've emailed them to ask them about it.

I installed the Al Rayan Android app and it has never launched, just crashes on load "Al Rayan Bank UK has stopped".  My father uses online banking and has a phone little older than Android 8 so he has no chance at all.  Also, who wants to be sending scans of their passport over the internet, it's very sensitive information.

Gosh they admit there's a problem (at last), rxd email today
"Following feedback from our customers, we've put some further measures in place to help you with the changes.
We've also extended the time you have to register for the new app to continue to use your banking services as normal."

I could not access my account on recent PC or iPad. The code Al Rayan sent did not work.  I phoned them and waited 50 minutes before I was asked to leave a recorded message. I left a message asking them to call me back but have heard nothing. Shocking service.
