Cheap Energy Club Terrible

Hi
Has anyone else experienced poor customer service recently from Martin Lewis Cheap Energy Club ?
I switched energy providers through them 5weeks ago and apart from initial welcome email haven’t heard anything.
I spoke with the energy provider that I am supposed to be moving to and they haven’t heard anything from Cheap Energy Club.
They even said that Cheap Energy Club have a history of poor customer service.
Quite ironic when Martin Lewis is very vocal about companies poor customer service !
I have emailed Cheap Energy Club and haven’t had a reply. 

Additionally there is no phone number for Cheap Energy Club.
Maybe Martin Lewis should do an investigation on them ?
Please help me.

I wouldn't let their poor customer service bother you, you should be more concerned that CEC do NOT!!!! offer the cheapest tariffs as a few of us on here have recently discovered to our cost.

Thanks for letting me know, however where can I look to find the cheapest tariffs?

Always try separate fuels as well as dual fuel.  Ignore all claimed savings, just compare annual costs based on actual meter readings a year apart.

https://www.runpathdigital.com/gas-electricity/  Useful if you have an E7 meter, you can see whether a single rate is cheaper, but make sure you always select the whole of the market, not just those to which Runpath can switch you.

Nope.  It doesn't show Neon Reef, and it's been reported that if you're with Avro it doesn't show newer Avro tariffs that are cheaper.  MSE basically says 'like it or lump it' - see my recent post in the Avro thread dated 19 February at 2:30PM.
