Joint executor Run away with estate funds, what can I do?

What is the total value of the estate and how many beneficiaries?

That is the whole point of banks getting people to sign indemnities when they release "small" amounts of money without requiring probate. In the case of the OP, probate had been granted to two executors.
And S09 saidThe form will have looked like this, see page 2 of it. We've had to deal with the estates of 3 deaths & Barclays, Santander & Lloyds banks, NONE of whom asked if there was a will. Just as well with Lloyds as there were 2 named executors on it, & we were deliberately removing every penny in the deceased's a/c out of the grasp of 1 of them as fast as possible. There is no indication that the funds in question were moved to an exor account?
