Interactive Investor fees not taken this month

Has anyone else not had their ii fees taken or trading credits applied this month, or is it just me? I've asked them and they said they'd had a bit of a delay but it was fixed and they would check my account, but I heard nothing more. My wife's fees were taken a few days late (ie after the 10th).

Mine were taken a couple of days late (usually 15th but came out on 17th)

That's curious. Their website FAQs say:

When will the payment be taken each month?

Payments will be taken on or around the 10th of each month. We will apply your free credit on the same day.

I had paid the annual SIPP fee in March 2019, so was assuming the monthly version would begin in March 2020 - but they have started to take it it this month.

I queried it, and the answer came back that the March 19 fee was for Jan to Dec 2019, OK fair enough ..... but now I'm wondering - why didn't they take it in January?? Back to the secure messages I suppose

Mine was taken on the 11th, which fits the description of "on or around 10th". This was from my cash balance.

Mine was taken on the 17th.

It seems to be a different date every month - they're not very consistent.
