This is confusing. This thread was started by @Deepod and has had other hijackers, now two seemingly unconnected posters have posted EXACTLY the same comment! Help is best achieved by starting your own thread, outlining the issues and requesting specific help after having read the NEWBIE sticky and the specific Wells-next-the-sea threads not the hundreds of others. It is of course possible that the two posters quoted here have changed user name but the sequence of posts suggests not.KeithP said:
You certainly will get help when you start your own thread. Trying to deal with the issues of two different people within the one thread can only lead to confusion.andrew73king said:I just dont know what to do with this CEL notice. Yes I changed my user name. I've read the newbies post and the wells posts but still none the wiser. Sorry for angering you.0

What about this are you unsure on?
Yes there are hundreds of possts. So you start to read them. Then you realise theyre basically the same...3

I dont know how to deal with this notice. I cant make sense of these posts. Some say to DSAR them, some say to quote bylaws and for those it's not clear if there are any or not, it's all incredibly confusing.

That clears that up but I was not angered just confused as to why you posted on someone else's thread. If you start your own, after reading some Wells posts where people have posted their defence, you can read those and see what they have used, also you might find some that have actually been to court ..................... and won.Euphonium234 said:Yes I changed my user name. There is one post by @FrankCannon that you might find useful. What stage are you at? Have you received a LBC/LoC or formal court claim from CCBC?2

Just a parking notice. I suffer badly from anxiety so I think I'll just pay the fine from CEL. The thought of going to court, fills me with total dread.0

Let me have your address. I'll then write you a scary letter.
Will you then send me £100 just because I asked you for £100?
 Crazy idea. Wake up.2

You do know that for even the most straightforward of cases, CEL rarely, if ever, get as far as an actual court hearing. They discontinue by the bucketload. The fact that this is far from a straightforward case because of the byelaws angle means they are even less likely to get as far as court.Euphonium234 said:Just a parking notice. I suffer badly from anxiety so I think I'll just pay the fine from CEL.They work on the basis of the motorist ignoring everything (head in the sand) then they apply for a default judgment resulting in a CCJ which jolts the motorist into paying an exorbitant judgment cost in order to try to restore credit facility, or, their favourite route, they intimidate the motorist through escalating threatening letters and issuing of court proceedings that they are so petrified, they pay up (recognise anyone here?).The thought of going to court, fills me with total dread. We're not talking wigs, gowns, juries in the small claims court. Please review this short video so you have an understanding of what a small claims hearing looks like:

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No need for anxiety, if you are nowhere near a court claim yet. If you are going to continue and fight it (I sincerely hope so) you really do need to start your own thread as advised several times now.Euphonium234 said:Just a parking notice. As above
COurt is in no way something for you to get worried about. i suffer from anxiety as well but having read through things here, court isnt that scary
Add on that CEL are well known for just giving up, paying them is madness
 Send SEL a DSAR
SEnd CEL a letter denying the debt, stating you need time to seek debt advice, and state the keeper (you) isnt liable as this land is controlled by byelaws, and so is not "relevant land" for the purposes of POFA2012.
Further communication is harassment, as you will not name thedriver and therefore you, CEL, no longer have "reasonable cause" to process your data. Your reason under the KADOE to request my data has expired, and you are ordered to cease and desist.
If you continue, my time spent on this has been noted and will form part of my costs assessment when I win any ill-founded claim you make.3
