Looking for some advice or if anyone has done the same.
I am currently on the market for a property around 220-240k and will either put a 10 or 15% deposit down.
The problem is I have 3 outstanding loans of 7k, 4k and 7k. Totaling around 460p/m in payments as well as a PCP deal at 380 a month. Other bills coming to around 60. So a total of 900p/m.
My take home is £4000 a month and my OH is around £1100.
Will it be possible for us to get a mortgage with me having these loans, or should I pay them all off before buying?
Thanks!

Either see an independant mortgage broker, or post on the mortgage board here.

Hi,
I have a 5k loan and an income of £27,325 a year and I got a mortgage of £111k with no problems what so ever. My outgoings at the time were also £600.00 a month.1
