Quote for roofing repair work
Hi all
Really like the guy who came out to look at our roof but want to check the quote is reasonable. £680.00 + VAT = £816.00 Total Labour and Materials. Our roof is in a bad way with water ingress owing to some very poor condition flashing.
Cut a chase in to stone work along full length of roof (approx 7 metres. It's a side lean to roof)
Install lead cover flashing in to the chase and dress down over tiles. Install lead in no bigger than 1.5m segments.
Seal chase with lead sealant and apply patination oil to the lead. Replace any tiles that may get broken and clear and dispose of rubbish.
