Looking for best airport transfer services in Dubai

I'm going to Abu Dhabi on vacation next month with my family but I'm confused about my airport transfer after landing at the airport. The one thing I hate the most is to look for taxi at the airport when you're already tired after a long journey. And it is even more tiring when you've already found and booked the taxi but you'll have to wait for hours for the taxi to pick you up. I always had a bad experience in this kind of situation. But this time I just want to make sure to get a taxi on time after landing at the airport as I'm with my family.
So, Can anybody suggest me which transportation company provides the best airport transfer services in Dubai at affordable rates?

There must be a taxi rank outside the airport, follow the signs and take the one at the front.

Are you fling to Dubai and transferring to Abu Dhabi?

At DXB there is a  taxi rank directly outside the arrivals terminal, well sign posted, and very well organised.  You won't arrive and find no taxis waiting and the attendant will call the most appropriate taxi over for you taking into account the number of passengers, gender, amount of luggage and distance.

Having done both pre-arranged transfers and taxis from the rank I would now only do taxis.

I believe Uber operates in Dubai though not sure if they have the ability to book a taxi in advance, hat feature seems to vary.
If it is available, good option, you know what you're paying, no haggling etc...

I've been to Dubai twice now. We just went to the taxi rank and got straight in a taxi. Don't worry too much, it's well organised and people will tell you where to go. And on the way back your hotel will phone a taxi for you. Dubai and Abu Dhabi have a ton of taxis and they're super cheap, so don't worry too much.

There is no haggling with official taxis in Dubai, they are all metered.

Why didn't you just get direct flights to Abu Dhabi with Etihad, it's their hub?

Dubai and Abu Dhabi are about 100 miles apart. A taxi that distance would be rather costly. If possible fly direct. Failing that there is a bus service or take the train.

Uber from Dubai Airport to Abu Dhabi Mall is showing at around £100 just now with no advance booking option showing.

Maybe like me and Etihad no longer operate from their local airport.  Emirates still do.
