PPI - Capital One - zero communication

Hi there,
Is anyone waiting for a response on their PPI submission with Capital One? I understand there is a back log, but I don't seem have to have any further communication other than a response a few days later from initial submission on their site that I did have PPI and provided a reference. That was back in August 2019 and we are mid Feb and I've heard nothing. If you try their PPI phone number, you can't actually speak to someone as you just get a message about their busy working on PPI submissions. I would have excepted some sort of update, by letter, email or maybe text. My mother submitted her claim with them back in August and received a cheque late Dec / early Jan. I've had correspondence from most banks fairly quickly.
One thing that did concern me, was on the initial PPI checker results email of me having PPI there was a link to go to the PPI complaint form and complete in order to make their investigation easier. I have this horrible feeling that in the flurry of submitting PPI complaints across numerous banks and cards before the deadline, I may looked at this but not ending up submitting it.
Can anyone confirm that once you submit this, do you get a confirmation email or further correspondence by email? If you don't, then its likely I did submit it as I've had nothing from them.
Has anyone had any luck in contacting Capital One to at least get them to acknowledge they are looking into it?
These are the form's I'm referring to.
Thank you.

*Attachment to Resolver*The deadline has passed and I cannot see any way in which you can now realistically proceed. You could re-submit your complaint (by letter this time), but the Bank are under no obligation to consider it. You would need to appeal to the bank's goodwill, but that seems unlikely given the circumstance.Of course, even if they were to accept your complaint, there are no guarantees you would be successfully refunded...Sorry.1
