please help- credit report

hi

i have recently paid of the balance and closed two credit cards- uponing checking my credit file, it shows status as settled but still shows the credit limit? does this mean the accounts are closed?

    'Settled' means the credit is no longer available to you, so yes, the accounts are closed.

    The account details (as you see them now) will remain on your file for the next 6 years.
