Re-tiling a roof

In a bout of bad luck, our roof started leaking above our master bedroom. From the around 21k I deducted the scaffolding cost and the chimney repointing. Those two are quoted at 1.5k and 2k (1k per chimney). Then it’s around 17k for tiles and labour.
