hiya

can someone please guide me to the most simplest and cheapest way of creating a website.

i want it to look reasonably professional and for it to have a chatroom facility.

    You can set up a free website by using Googlepages.

    Then set up a free forum using one of the free providers out there. Put a link to the forum on your Googlepages website and Bob's your Uncle.
