Lock Up Garage Contents Insurance

We rent a private lock up garage in a different town and need to get some insurance to cover the contents. We're having real difficulty finding a insurer that offers this. Does anybody know of an insurer that can help? Thanks.  :)

    Have you tried a local insurance broker, or had a look on the landlordzone website - think there were some references to this type of cover on there somewhere.
