    Is there a question about benefits in there somewhere? This may have been better in the discussions part of the forum, rather than the benefits section.

    I just didn't know where to post this , as it effects health etc and didn't know if others had the same problem .  It was about getting fit note and how difficult it is now to get one . Maybe I should remove it ?
