Hi All
Don't know if right forum for this but has anyone done their own "Lasting Power of Attorney" forms on the Gov.UK site and if so how easy or hard was it to do? A solicitor told us that so many forms were rejected by The Public Guardians Office that it was best to get a solicitor to do it???

It's very easy .... as long as you don't want to add complicated clauses to it. Keep is simple and it will save you hundreds of £ in solicitors fees.

I did two last week. One for health and one for finances. I followed the form very carefully and read the notes. Seemed very straightforward to me1
