When I recieved my delivery I only got the 500odd points from the code and not the xmas promotion so I rang up and the person I spoke to said they had had a lot of calls on this topic and she'd ensure the points were added manually and they have been. But I expect that the computer would have kicked in and added them at the end of the promotion anyway.
