So the upshot of this is that I emailed them a copy of the Distance Selling regulations with the appropriate paragraph (above)
relating to this highlighted. I also explained on the return tab under the gift card they say can refund within 60 days. I got an email back saying they will now update their website to say can cancel within 14 days and will give me a full refund. This explains why it is now showing up on their website as 14 days in some places. So a win for the consumer with the help of the MSE Forum. Happy Days! Thank you everyone. 1 -
I should point out that it was only when I sent them a copy of the DSR that they agreed!0
