Yes, sorry. If this reaches court which I imagine is likely then I will submit everything I need to prior to the hearing (is a hearing usually done on these sorts of cases?)
Understand about the negative impact of me not being there during the hearing but not sure I will have a choice as I will be the other side of the world - if a face-to-face hearing is decided necessary.
Will remove the SAR part and send it just to the PPC then, and if the rest is good I will send the mail tonight.0 -
the hearing can be discontinued right up until just before the usher calls it in court on the daythis is providing the claimant pays the court feethe claimant has several hurdles to jump before any actual hearing (as do you)some claimants almost always go the distance, others can fold at any time , like in poker1
