Claim form & Defense One Parky Solution

Hello everyone,
I would really appreciate any help with regards to my case. Not sure if I am posting right so please If  I make a mistake I do apologize firstly.

This is my case:
I received a Claim form from One Parking Solution a couple of weeks ago and send the acknowledgement of service online. My deadline for sending my defence is the 24th of January.

For several reasons I decided to pay them finally (and avoid a possible hearing or other complications). I made a bank transfer of 264, 06 £ to D.C.B legal LTD about two days ago.

Please, Could anyone suggest me what kind of defence I may able to send in these circumstances?
I am not interested in claim against them now  so I don't know if there is any similar case or template for that.
Many thanks in advance.

No point in defending it as you have paid them the invoice.  Move on.

As above, you've paid it.  Nothing you can do now.  In future if this happens, go on the parking sub-forum and follow the steps.  With hindsight, with some research and a bit of work, you could have almost certainly avoided paying at all.
  • Many thanks or your response Fox.
So, can I forgot this matter definitely ?? I thought I should inform the Court at least as I signed the acknowledgement of service for my defence before.

Ah, I see.  Yes, you should inform the court that you've paid the invoice.

I appreciate your suggestion Aylesbury. I read many threads and copy some examples for my defence but it was taking too much time for me unfortunately as English is not my first language.
It was the main reason but I know that companies are scammers and deserve a good bite.
It is a great forum and appreciate your support.
