CCJ - How can I remove from Credit File?

Hi
I've just found out I have a CCJ after trying to get a new credit card. After some digging I found it's from a parking fine which went to my old address, but I have no idea why. Other than that my credit rating was really good. I want to apply for a Set Aside to get it removed, does any know what the chances are of me getting this removed or what they take into account? I'm panicking as I'm looking to move in the next few months too so it'll affect all my mortgages. Please help!
Thank you

Hi,
You need to head on over to the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking board. Read the stickies, and make a new thread over there as you will get good advice.

Your credit rating is only seen by yourself, lenders see your history. How old is it ?It might not put of all lenders.0
