Anyone had any success in leasehold professional negligence

There are quite a few leasehold houses, some quite substantial with prices of £1.5+ million, in my area. They too have 999yr leases, which is considered virtual freehold & they tend to sell pretty quickly with no problem. So if your issue is just to do with the property being held on this long lease rather than straight forward freehold, I wouldn't worry too much about it.The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
The only two concerns one would have after finding the duration and rent charge are so favourable are
- getting permission to make structural changes
- worries that the term "leasehold" would be as off-putting to buyers as Japanese Knotweed.
