Admiral non fault claim

Yesterday I was hit by an insured driver, when I was sleeping. Neighbours car was also involved. A driver hit our cars to which awoke us so we called emergency services the driver was taken into the police van before we managed to exchange details. I have number plate, their insurer, a police reference, witnesses, photos but admiral will not process this as a non fault claim without their name. Firstly how can I get a name? Or how else can I approach my insurer?

You mean your car? As it reads as if you were sleeping in the car!
The number plate and insurer maybe for the car, the car may have been stolen or the policy holder not driving it at the time.
    Have you asked the police?
