Anyway, I’m gonna leave this thread here...I’ve had the answers I was looking for (thanks IceQueen and Colcotti). I’m just frustrated that my pension isn’t classed as “earned” income. Thank you all.

If you rent privately I do not understand why you would not be entitled to some help with rent.
