I left Economy Energy in June 2018, long before they went into administration. In September, the administrators started persuing a supposed "bill" I still owe them.
My first reaction to them was to email asking them for proof that I owed them anything - bills etc. I heard nothing back.
Today, I received an email basically saying "So when are you going to pay us?"
I have since been able to log into the portal and have found my final bill. They owe ME money it appears. However, they keep asking me to pay £18 I supposedly owe them.
In addition, today they have sent me the bill from someone else. Anyone know how I can get these people off my back? I don't owe them any money

You send them a statement of what you believe to be the situation together copies of your records (I trust you have all the information to hand, rather than just the final bll) by recorded delivery (and make sure to get a copy of the delivery receipt - mark it complaint and request that they cease harassing you. Stop phoning or e-mailing.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers2

Do as matelodave says and, of course, include a demand that they refund you the credit balance from your final bill.Make sure that you have taken a copy of everything available in the online account portal, including downloads of any documents and screenshots of all other information. How much does the final bill say they owe you?1

We're talking relatively small amounts. I think they owe me around £30, but they're saying I owe them £18.I'll put everything in writing
Thank you.
